Core checks

• Database: basic query health and latency
• Redis: queue connectivity and latency
• Storage: S3 bucket reachability (head bucket)

Operational signals

• Incidents: highlights unacknowledged operational failures
• Workers: shows whether background processing is alive (heartbeat based)

The LTI table is a quick way to confirm that launches are arriving and which platform and context they came from.
